i’m going to try hard to make this my final ‘read more’.
today i had to look back through this scrapbook for a video i posted a few years ago, and in the process i found myself hooked on all the health related things i’ve posted. i hated it, i absolutely hated it; i seem so filled with a lust for attention. lately i’ve become under-achieving, fat, constantly cutting, negatively thinking, and drinking every single day. i see myself in a mirror, and my fingers grab at every part of me i hate. i know i will be fighting for the rest of my life, and i need a more stable outlet. i sick of having panic attacks. i’m sick of my wrists triggering me and the people around me. this week i went on a long and lonely adventure for a few nights up north, and my head hurt so much because of the emotional strain, and all i could think was every bad thing. planning my own death, cursing at every stranger in my mind. no more excuses, i am turning into a bad person. i am haunted, i am haunted forever, but i do no have to let it win.

thank you, dear friends, for dealing with me, i promise to be a burden no longer. it’s time for health, it’s time for happiness.
